Ways to Engage

vCMO

As your “Virtual CMO” I take on a leadership role in your organization. This is a custom-designed position that we craft together to suit your needs. Typically it involves:

  • 1/3 to 2/3 of my available time spent with your organization
  • Leading your marketing team
  • Being involved in executive meetings, decisions and insights in order to create and drive a modern marketing engine
  • Working closely with sales leadership and teams
  • People development and skills training
  • Multiple done-for-you services that can include advertising, design, development, automation, etc, included
  • All of my workshops and training sessions, included
  • Minimum 2-year commitment

This is a very immersive, hands-on position. It can involve authority over budgets, people, and projects – or not, it’s up to you. This is perfect for the organization who’s looking for a “Ground Up” approach – you’re not sure where to start, you’re struggling with a small team that needs to increase effectiveness, and your marketing to this point has been mostly tactical.

Consulting

As your Consultant I take on a hybrid leadership/support role in your organization. This is a custom-designed position that we craft together to suit your needs. Typically it involves:

  • 10 hours monthly spent with your team via video or phone conference with occasional in-person engagements as needed
  • A la carte workshops according to your needs
  • Designing strategic roadmaps for success
  • Working closely with executive and sales leadership and teams
  • People development and skills training
  • “Digital Utility Player” – count on me to deliver the things your modern marketing engine needs, from introducing new strategic workflows and processes with your team to designing deliverables and meeting your deadlines.
  • Minimum one year commitment

This is perfect for the small marketing team who’s struggling to increase effectiveness or learn to be more strategic and impactful. Working according to your unique goals, situation, audience and marketing I’ll help you design your modern marketing engine and make it run smoothly. Meetings often consist of workshopping strategy, creating focus around tasks to carry out the strategies, and checking in on progress, overcoming obstacles to success, etc.

Coaching

As your Coach I take on a support role in your organization. This is a custom-designed position that we craft together to suit your needs. Typically it involves:

  • 5 hours monthly spent with your team via video or phone conference with occasional in-person engagements as needed
  • A la carte workshops according to your needs
  • Designing strategic roadmaps for success
  • “Digital Utility Player” – count on me to deliver the things your modern marketing engine needs, from introducing new strategic workflows and processes with your team to designing deliverables and meeting your deadlines.
  • Minimum one year commitment

This is perfect for the consultant or business owner or one or two person marketing team who’s struggling to increase effectiveness or learn to be more strategic and impactful. Working according to your unique goals, situation, audience and marketing I’ll help you design your modern marketing engine and make it run smoothly. Meetings often consist of workshopping strategy, creating focus around tasks to carry out the strategies, and checking in on progress, overcoming obstacles to success, etc. There can be a significant teaching/learning function to this engagement – it’s perfect for the multi-tasking small business pro who wants to build a powerful marketing engine but is busy working on other parts of the organization too.

Automation & Personalization

Automation Projects are done-for-you projects that introduce or escalate marketing automation in your organization. Typically it involves:

  • Several hours of consultation to understand your business goals, marketing goals, obstacles to success so far and your objectives for automation
  • Audit of your existing processes relevant to the project, such as existing email lists, digital workflows, CRM, etc.
  • Recommendations for additions to your “marketing stack” – your suite of technologies and applications needed to accomplish the goals we create
  • Recommendations and scope to complete your project
  • Moving your existing lists and processes over to Drip, my recommended marketing automation platform of which I’m a certified expert
  • Building the automation
  • Training for you or your team on maintaining the automation afterwards, as much or as little as you’d like
  • By-project pricing, with monthly consulting available if you’d like me to maintain your automations

Marketing automation can provide powerful insights about your customers for you while personalizing their own buyer’s or customer’s journey. If you have an email list that’s just kind of sitting there, or you send out the occasional newsletter or broadcast without insights or alignment to deeper marketing strategies, automation could be a transformative solution for you. I bring a strategic and creative perspective to automation projects to help you achieve more than you thought you could.
